1. What do you want to change in the next 30 days?
2. Tell about why you want to change and how you might set up a plan.
3. Are these changes small changes (more likely to stick), or are they radical changes?
4. How realistic is your goal? For example, losing 70 pounds in 30 days or becoming an Olympic champion in swimming (when you have never competed in swimming) are not realistic goals.
