Directions:

The CDC is located on East Green St, which is a one way street headed West. Exit the Foothill Freeway (210) at Hill Ave. Travel south past Colorado Blvd. and turn West (right) on Cordova St., then North (right) on Holliston Ave. and on the left enter the parking lot from Holliston Ave.
