PCC in the News News: Alum and Hollywood Veteran Sheldon Bull to Speak at PCC Nov. 1Sheldon Bull, an alumnus of Pasadena City College and veteran television writer, producer, and director, will speak on campus on Nov. 1 at noon in room C155. He is a guest of the PCC chapter of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE). Bull, who has produced 18 episodes of “Newhart” and 49 episodes of “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” is the author of “Elephant Bucks: An Insider Guide to Writing for Sitcoms.” Additionally, he has worked as a writer, producer, and director of television shows such as “Coach,” “A Different World,” and “MASH.” “As the SMPTE chairperson, it is my goal to bring in PCC alumni as guest speakers to inspire TVR (Television/Video/Radio) students,” Tamica Davis said.
