News: PCC to Host German Performance Groups in Harbeson Hall

In collaboration with the Pasadena Sister Cities Committee, Pasadena City College is proud to host the BASF Men’s Choir from its sister city Ludwigshafen, Germany and the MGV “Exuberance” Group on Oct. 4 in Harbeson Hall at 7:30 p.m.

Wolfgang Sieber, choir director, presents an impressive musical experience of traditional and contemporary German music. The BASF Choir and the MGV "Exuberance" Group represent more than 100 years of tradition. Concert tours have taken the groups to Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Hungary, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Japan, and the United States.

The BASF Choir from Ludwigshafen on the Rhine and the MGV "Exuberance" Group from Westpfalz Hermersberg are excellent representatives and musical ambassadors of the Palatinate region of Southwest Germany.

This concert is free and open to the public. Doors open at 7 p.m.
