Mission Statement:

Writing is a process not a product. We do not "edit" or "proofread" student papers. We seek to help student writers clearly express their arguments, and think critically.

The Writing Center Provides Services for students enrolled in English 400, 100, and 1A. These services include:

  • One-on-one and small-group tutoring
  • Grammar handouts
  • Pre-writing exercises on laptop computers
  • Computerized grammar instruction
  • Writing seminars
  • Grammar videos
