NAME:

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

Male, Black (light skin) or White, 28-45 years of age, 5’8” to 6’00”, thin build, beige shirt with green jacket, tan pants, unshaven (poss. Beard), dreadlocks pulled and tied behind head, white and black checkered backpack, filthy in appearance. 

INCIDENT LOCATION:

1570 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, Ca. 91106, L-Building, Northwest grass area.

INCIDENT DESCRIPTION:

On 05-15-2013, at about 1200 hours, the male suspect approached the victim as she called campus police to report the suspect yelling and screaming at another female walking on Colorado Blvd.  In fear for her safety, victim peppered sprayed the suspect and attempted to get away.  Suspect charged at victim, attempting to strike her with his hands/fists.  Victim blocked the suspects’ strikes with her purse, causing her to fall to the ground.  Three witnesses yelled at the suspect to stop.  Suspect ran into Carl’s Jr., and later chased north on Harkness Ave.  The suspect was last in the area of Hill Ave. and Walnut St. through the alley north of the car wash.
