General Parking Policies

Note: All parking fees are subject to change. All parking on campus is by permit only, 7 days a week. The purchase of a semester or intersession permit does not guarantee you a parking space. Restrictions apply to CEC permits - see below.

Daily Parking

Daily permits may be purchased from dispensers located in all the lots. Dispensers accept coins or $1 bills.

Semester and intersession Parking

  • Semester and intersession parking permits can be purchased as part of telephone or online registration and must be picked up at Student Business Services by presenting your printed enrollment fee receipt and your student LancerCard ID.
  • If registering in-person, permits can purchased at the Cashier and picked up at Student Business Services by presenting your printed enrollment fee receipt and your student LancerCard ID.
  • Permits can be purchased directly at Student Business Services by presenting your printed enrollment fee receipt and your student LancerCard ID.

Motorcycle Parking

Motorcycle permit is good for an entire semester or intersession, day or evening. There are special motorcycle parking spaces located on the first level of Lots 4 and 5.

Community Education Center (CEC) (map)

  • Students may purchase semester or intersession parking permits for parking at the Community Education Center can be purchased as part of telephone or online registration and will be mailed to your address.
  • If registering in-person, permits can be purchased at the CEC office or at Student Business Services on the main PCC campus.
  • A free shuttle service is available.

NOTE: CEC Parking Permits NOT valid for parking on the PCC campus.

Handicapped Parking

For information, contact the Disabled Students Program office, D209.
Students with a valid Disabled Person placard may park in any student or staff lot, however a valid PCC parking permit is needed (see regular fees above).

General Parking Policies

  • For the first three weeks of the semester, plan to arrive at the campus at least one hour prior to the start of your class.
  • All parking on campus is by permit only, 7 days a week.
  • Parking permits must be clearly visible either on your dashboard (passenger side) or hanging from your rearview mirror.
  • Park only in lots designated STUDENT PARKING.
  • Park your car within the painted lines.
  • If you do not purchase a semester parking permit when you register, you may do so at Student Business Services by presenting your printed enrollment fee receipt and your student LancerCard ID.
  • PCC semester permits are valid for parking at the Community Education Center. Alternately, PCC students may purchase a CEC semester permit (for a slightly lower cost--see fee list above), park at the CEC and travel to PCC on the free shuttle.
  • CEC semester permits are NOT valid for parking on the main PCC campus.
  • THE COLLEGE OVERSELLS SEMESTER AND INTERSESSION PERMITS. The purchase of a semester permit does not guarantee you a parking space.The college is not responsible for lost or stolen permits.
  • LOCK YOUR CAR.
  • Lost permits are replaced at the original purchase price.
  • PARKING TICKETS can be paid at the Police Station (map).
  • Handicapped Parking - Students with valid handicap parking placards may park in any student or staff parking lot with a valid PCC permit. Marked stalls can be found in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Disabled permits are valid at the parking meters in lots 3, however the parking meter fee must be paid.
