Transcripts and Verifications



Yes, I know my LancerPoint username and password.

  • Current students can login to LancerPoint to place their order. In LancerPoint click on the Classes & Academics tab then click on Transcript (Request Official). Log in to LancerPoint.

No, I cannot remember any of my student information or I do not have a LancerPoint account.

  • Please order your transcripts HERE

I don't need an official transcript, I just want an unofficial copy.

  • Current students can login to view and print their unofficial transcripts. In LancerPoint click on the "Classes & Academics" tab, then click on "Transcript (View Unofficial)." There is no fee.
  • Former students without a LancerPoint account and former students who have not attended PCC within the last major semester (Spring or Fall) will need to order an official transcript online. Please go to our official transcript ordering page here:

Please read our FAQs for new transcript processing changes.

  • You can no longer request transcripts to be held for pickup at the Admissions office. All transcripts will be mailed as a hard copy or sent electronically (if available).
  • We will no longer hold transcripts for any changes or additions (for example: hold for final grades, grade changes, etc.). You must wait until all changes are finalized before you order your transcript.
  • WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT MAIL-IN ORDERS. We also do not accept fax or phone orders. All orders must be placed online.
  • If you attended Pasadena City College before 1983, you MUST indicate your dates of attendance on your order or your transcript will not be complete. If you are not sure, please visit our FAQ.
  • Cost for an official transcript is $5 per copy.

Enrollment verifications are official letters from Pasadena City College verifying certain academic information, including, but not limited to: current enrollment, dates of attendance, previous semester enrollment, etc.

Common reasons why students request enrollment verifications might be for car insurance (good student discounts), loan deferment, registrar's report (for the Common Application), child care, etc.

I am a current student and know my LancerPoint login information.

  • Log into your LancerPoint account and click on Classes and Academics. On the bottom right of the screen, click on Online Enrollment Verification at National Student Clearinghouse. This takes you to a secure web page where you can request verifications of current and previous enrollment as well as all dates of attendance at PCC. For other types of verifications, please follow the instructions below.

I do not know my LancerPoint loging and/or I want to order my Enrollment Verification in person.

  • To request a verification in person, go to the Admissions and Records office, L Building, Room 113 and fill out a Verification Request Form.

To order it by mail.

  • Fill out and print the Enrollment Verification Request Form.
