Due to campus construction beginning as early as Summer 2024, requests for use of District property may be limited. We are currently accepting applications for facility use through December 20th, 2024. Please begin the inquiry process by completing the form below.

The purpose of this form is to inquire about renting space on District property for a civic event. 

This form is an inquiry only, not an application, and does not guarantee the use of District Property. Inquiries should be made well in advance of your requested dates of use to allow adequate time for processes and planning. For simple events, inquiries should be received no less than 8 weeks in advance of your desired event date. Inquiries for large scale events or those of a complex nature should be submitted 8 weeks to 4 months in advance. Use of District property may be restricted to the following times:

  • Fridays after 4:30pm
  • Weekends
  • Weekdays when classes are not in session, but the campus is still open (ie: Spring Break)

Once you have submitted your inquiry, the Campus Use office will email you within 5 business days to inform you if your request can be accommodated, or if we have additional questions about your event. The reservation process, insurance requirements and fees will be outlined in the email.
