Summer 2023 Session 1 agreements are due by Tues., May 30th at 5 PM. Summer 2023 Session 2 agreements are due by Wed., July 19th at 5 PM.

  • Full Term Spring 2024 agreements are due by Fri., March 22nd at 5 PM.
  • 8-Week Session 1 agreements are due by Fri., ​March 1st at 5 PM.
  • 8-Week Session 2 agreements are due by Fri., ​May 3rd at 5 PM.

This is a contract to complete an Honors Option in the approved class designated below. The project must be completed by the agreed upon date. Incomplete contracts will NOT be processed. Please note that students are allowed only a maximum 2 classes (6 to 7 units total) as Honors Option credit out of their 15 unit total program requirement. 

This form should not be submitted until after the class you are taking has started. It does not need to be turned in prior to the start of the term and, more importantly, it cannot be properly completed until the start of the class. You must know the parameters of the Honors project before you can properly complete this form.

No honors option will be approved without this form. This option does not apply for non-UC transferable classes.
