Equity Data Coaching
Pasadena City College’s Data Coaching Program is a cohort-based, faculty-led professional development experience designed to build collective sensemaking of equity data, provide time for inquiry on why gaps exists and how best to work together on a common goal. Data is only the starting point, not the end point. By investing in the growth and learning of the data coaches, they are the foci of change and are prepared to become agents of change.
The most powerful learning happens in community.
