We go beyond data and reporting to facilitate inquiry, build shared understanding, and foster a data-informed culture where people use evidence to learn, make decisions, and take action, turning insight into meaningful institutional improvement.

Mission

OIE advances institutional learning and improvement by providing meaningful evidence, facilitating equity-minded and race-conscious inquiry and planning, and building the College’s capacity to use data effectively. We partner with the PCC community to turn questions into insight and insight into action that strengthens institutional effectiveness, advances equity, and supports student success.
