Your test result submission must include your name, test date, facility, and result. We do not accept self-administered rapid tests.

  • You must use your Pasadena email address
  • Lancer IDs that are missing or incorrect may lead to testing compliance warnings due to difficulty verifying submissions.
  • Your upload should be test results (NOT IDs or vaccine cards)
  • Your upload WILL NOT be accepted if it does not include:
    • Your full name
    • Your DOB
    • Date of sample collection/Date of test taken
    • Type of test (PCR/antigen)
    • Testing lab, location, or company
    • Test result
  • Please do not submit on-campus test results from Quantgene. These results are sent to PCC directly by the company, so we will already have these results in our records.
  • All fields below are required to be filled out before uploading your test result submission.
