UndocuAlly Training
In partnership with the Intercultural Engagement Center, the Dream Resource Center offers UndocuAlly Training for PCC faculty and staff who want to better support undocumented students through a trauma-informed approach.
This interactive 3-hour training covers key immigration terminology and policies, the unique stressors undocumented students navigate, and practical strategies for supporting students in both classroom and student-service settings. It is designed for educators and staff who already have a general understanding of the undocumented experience and want to deepen their skills as effective, responsive allies in their day-to-day interactions.
Participants who complete the training are formally recognized as Safe and Brave Allies at PCC.
- Training Format: 3-hour in-person or virtual session
- Registration: Vision Resource Center
- Upcoming Training Dates: TBA
Participants receive an UndocuAlly pin, sticker, poster, and tote, and are added to a campus-wide network of faculty and staff who have completed the training.
Light refreshments are provided during in-person sessions.
