Other Ways to Contact the Help Desk
When emailing the Help Desk, please provide a complete description of the problem or service requested. Be specific and detailed including, where applicable, building & room number, class number & section, PCC equipment/ computer number, complete web page address (URL), etc.

Help Desk phone support is currently available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Help Desk Walk-In service is currently available at the ITS Lobby in LL120. Walk-In service is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm for all of your technical needs.
Upon arrival to campus you will need to complete a health screening before going to the LL building. Every person coming to campus will need to drive through Lot 5 (off of Bonnie Ave), where they will:
- Provide a daily “green check” confirmation from the mobile app that they are free
of COVID symptoms.
- Go to: Take our health survey
- Receive a temperature check.
- Receive a colored and dated wristband or sticker which allows access to campus buildings. The daily wristband or sticker must be worn while on campus for clearance into buildings and offices.
After receiving a wristband, you may park and come to the LL building lobby for service.
